Absolutely! Yes, First Class Valet carries one of the most comprehensive insurance policies in the industry. Covering $20,000,000 in Primary, Public, and Products Liability, $500,000 in Property, Physical or Legal Control.

Are your valet attendants fully licenced?

Yes they are. At First Class Valet we only hire fully licensed attendants to drive vehicles. Each attendant is employed on the condition that they can prove a good driving history record. We also perform random and scheduled drivers licence audits to ensure our valet attendants are fully compliant with our standards.

Do you provide Digital ticketing or data tracking technology?

Yes we do. First Class Valet were pioneers in the industry, exclusively bringing the first SMS Valet Technology to the shores of Australia in 2016.
